For over 40 years I have been involved in every aspect of real estate imaginable. From managing 20,000 apartments, to providing technical assistance regarding multifamily properties, to negotiating contracts including insurance, leases, telephone service, and equipment, to staging properties, I have seen and done it all.

I have also worked with and been a board member of homeowner associations, a new and sometimes perplexing experience for first time members.
